At The Modern Gentleman, our goal is to continually provide you with the knowledge and resources to help you create a “new normal” for yourself in the midst of uncertainty. Since there is a multitude of information circulating throughout the world around maintaining health, we thought it would be best to provide you with a new and simplistic workout to get you in Modern Gentleman shape quickly while in quarantine.

With the understanding that accessibility to workout equipment is extremely limited for the foreseeable future, we decided to build a routine for you that utilizes the most important fitness tool on the market today…your body.

Without further adieu, let’s jump into the Bodyweight Blitz Workout:


10 sets of the following:


  • 10 Push-Ups

  • 10 Sit-Up Thrusters

  • 10 Squat Jumps

  • 10 Mountain Climbers per leg

  • 10 Burpees


This routine is fantastic because it can be completed in the comfort of your own home, doesn’t require any equipment whatsoever, hits all major muscle groups, and is sure to give you a deep burn while keeping your heart rate elevated throughout the entire workout.
